About Emily
As an adult with a neurodivergent brain, I spent a long time feeling that I was less than other people. That my failings and imperfections were worse than other people's. That I wasn't good enough. That I didn't deserve to feel joy or love or abundance.
During that time, I knew what I was supposed to do. I would read tips and strategies, then design elaborate aspirational schedules -- that would inevitably fail.
What I didn't know was how to be honest and compassionate with myself, and how to reframe my thinking with both love and wisdom.
But now I know and can help you move forward without shame or negativity.
I have an undergraduate degree from Haverford College and advanced degrees from Cornell University and UC Berkley. I am also certified by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) to understand the unique needs of a person with ADHD.
