ADHD Coaching

Focus     Mindfulness     Confidence

These are some thoughts that can run through the ADHD brain:

  • I can’t seem to get organized - or even start

  • I have a thousand unfinished projects

  • How do other people do stuff?

  • Why can't I just get things done?

  • I’m super sensitive

  • I feel judged by myself and others

  • I don't believe I'm enough

Having ADHD can be painful, especially when you are unable to focus, make progress or get things done. When you feel out of control, it's difficult to establish meaningful connections.

You are not broken.

ADHD coaching helps you to self-regulate and focus more fully. It gives you back a feeling of calm and control. Coaching helps your ADHD brain become more resilient, and it does this in an environment of trust, safety, and non-judgment.

I will support you to reach your goals through collaborative partnership, greater awareness of the impact of ADHD, and creative strategies that work with your unique brain.  We will also focus on the emotional side of living with ADHD, addressing the frustrations, reducing shame, and fostering self-acceptance.

Inviting open door leading to an organized, but wild garden

"The human brain is hardwired to connect. It is capable of growing new synaptic connections and new neurons through experiences and relationships. It is here we can have our greatest impact.”

- Daniel Siegel, MD
